worship information

o taste and see that the Lord is good, happy are those who take refuge in God - Psalm 34:8
Join us Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
We celebrate the Holy Eucharist using the Book of Alternative Services.

St Mary’s offers enriching, enlivening worship in a warm and inviting space. We continue ancient traditions of Christian worship – Bible reading, prayer, communion – in an Anglican pattern of worship. To this we add the use of a wide variety of musical instruments and styles, strong lay leadership, and good preaching. We look for creative ways to present the good news in Jesus Christ for all people.

We gather for Worship Sunday at 10:00 A.M.
Our current worship schedule is usually:
  • First Sunday of the month - Reverend Dwight Rutherford officiating.
  • Second Sunday of the month is a Morning Prayer Service. (on these occasions,  Reverend Rutherford  is officiating at St. James Anglican Church (195 Collegiate Street), all are welcome to attend should you wish a regular worship service.
  • Third Sunday of the month - Reverend Dwight Rutherford officiating.
  • Fourth Sunday of the month - Reverend Dwight Rutherford officiating.
  • Fifth Sunday of the month, when applicable is Fellowship Sunday - our musicians, Richard and Karen Bauch host hymn sing and coffee time at 10:30AM.

We acknowledge that we meet and work on Treaty 1 territory, the traditional land of the Anishinaabe, Cree, and Dakota peoples and the homeland of the Metis Nation. We are grateful for their stewardship of this land and their hospitality which allows us to live, work and serve God the Creator here.
